Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Welcome to Tour Africa Travel Agency.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

1. About Tour Africa Travel Agency

Tour Africa Travel Agency (TATA) provides travel information, destination guides, access to travel services offered by independent third-party providers, and selected travel experiences presented in collaboration with travel operating partners.

Through this website, visitors may discover and compare services including flights, hotels and accommodation, tours and activities, car rentals, travel insurance and other travel-related services.

Many of these services are provided by independent third parties. When you select a third-party service, you may be redirected to the relevant provider or booking platform to complete your transaction directly with that provider.

TATA may also market and present selected travel experiences in collaboration with travel operating partners. The roles of TATA and the applicable operating partner, together with relevant booking terms, payment arrangements, cancellation conditions, inclusions, exclusions and other conditions, may be identified on the pages relating to the particular experience.

2. Third-Party Bookings

A booking completed directly with an independent third-party provider is a transaction between you and that provider.

Depending on the service, the third-party provider may be responsible for matters including:

  • Payment processing
  • Booking confirmations
  • Ticketing
  • Changes and cancellations
  • Refunds
  • Baggage policies
  • Hotel and accommodation policies
  • Vehicle rental conditions
  • Tour or activity conditions
  • Insurance policy terms
  • Customer service relating to the third-party booking

Before completing a third-party booking, you should carefully review the provider’s terms and conditions.

These third-party booking provisions do not replace the specific booking arrangements applicable to a travel experience presented by TATA in collaboration with an operating partner where TATA accepts the customer’s reservation or payment.

3. Ghana @ 70 Experiences

The Ghana @ 70 Classic and Grand Experiences scheduled for March 2027 are presented by Tour Africa Travel Agency (TATA) in collaboration with Moon Touch Travel & Tours, our Ghana-based tour operating partner.

Under this collaboration, TATA manages international marketing, customer communication, reservations and customer payments for the Ghana @ 70 experiences. Moon Touch Travel & Tours coordinates and delivers the Ghana-based tour operations and local travel services.

The Ghana @ 70 experiences are not ordinary affiliate bookings. Customers making a Ghana @ 70 reservation follow the specific booking and payment arrangements published for those experiences and make applicable package payments to TATA.

Details displayed for Ghana @ 70 may include destinations, accommodation, transportation, activities, meals, dates, prices, domestic flights and other inclusions or exclusions. These details are subject to the applicable booking conditions, availability and final confirmation.

Before making a Ghana @ 70 reservation payment, travellers should review the applicable Ghana @ 70 Booking & Payment Information, including payment schedules, minimum group requirements, cancellation and refund provisions and other booking conditions.

4. Itineraries and Changes

Travel itineraries may need to change because of circumstances such as supplier availability, transportation or flight schedules, weather, safety considerations, government requirements, public-event arrangements, attraction closures, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

For Ghana @ 70, TATA and Moon Touch Travel & Tours may make reasonable changes to the sequence, timing or components of the experience where operationally necessary. Material changes affecting confirmed travellers will be communicated as appropriate, subject to applicable law and the specific booking conditions for the experience.

For special events, festivals, anniversaries and public celebrations, advertised participation or activities remain subject to official programmes, public access arrangements, government decisions and final itinerary confirmation unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Specific Ghana @ 70 activities, venues and access arrangements for March 6, 2027 will depend on officially announced anniversary activities, public access and final operating arrangements.

5. Prices and Availability

Prices, schedules, availability, routes, accommodation, activities, transportation and other travel information may change.

Information displayed on the website does not guarantee that a particular third-party price, service or travel option will remain available until a booking is completed and confirmed.

For third-party bookings, the price and terms displayed by the relevant provider when you complete your booking will govern that transaction.

For Ghana @ 70, the applicable published package price and booking conditions will apply, subject to availability, corrections and changes permitted under the applicable booking conditions and law.

6. Affiliate Links

Some links on Tour Africa Travel Agency are affiliate or referral links.

If you click an affiliate link and subsequently make a qualifying booking or purchase, Tour Africa Travel Agency may receive a commission from the provider, normally at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate and referral transactions are separate from the Ghana @ 70 collaboration described in Section 3.

For more information, please read our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy applicable travel requirements, including requirements concerning:

  • Passports
  • Visas
  • Entry and transit requirements
  • Vaccinations and health requirements
  • Travel advisories
  • Customs requirements
  • Baggage restrictions
  • Local laws
  • Insurance requirements

You should verify important travel requirements with the appropriate government authority, airline, embassy, consulate, insurer or travel provider before travelling.

8. Travel Insurance

Travellers should consider appropriate travel insurance for their circumstances, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage and other relevant risks.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular experience, travel insurance is not included in the advertised package price. Insurance products accessed through third-party links on this website are provided by independent providers and are subject to their own terms, conditions, exclusions and eligibility requirements.

9. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

For bookings made directly with a third-party provider, cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by that provider’s policies. You should contact the company with which the booking was completed.

For Ghana @ 70, cancellations, changes, refunds and payment obligations are governed by the applicable Ghana @ 70 Booking & Payment Information and the applicable package terms. Travellers should review those conditions before making a payment.

Where a traveller cancels a Ghana @ 70 reservation, applicable deductions may include the stated administrative/cancellation fee and documented non-refundable supplier costs already committed or paid specifically in connection with that traveller’s reservation, as described in the applicable booking conditions.

10. Travel Operating Partners and Independent Suppliers

Travel experiences may involve services provided by travel operating partners and independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, attractions, guides, insurers and other service providers.

For Ghana @ 70, Moon Touch Travel & Tours is the Ghana-based tour operating partner responsible for coordinating and delivering the Ghana-based tour operations and local travel services. Individual components of the experience may also be provided by hotels, airlines, transportation providers, attractions and other suppliers.

Operating partners and independent suppliers may be subject to their own operating requirements, availability and terms and are responsible for the services within their respective control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TATA is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent suppliers that are outside TATA’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any responsibility or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
